Scott Reardon founded D3 Embedded in 1999 as a Texas Instruments partner providing digital signal processing (DSP) services. Building on Rochester, New York’s deep foundation in imaging and signal processing, D3 Embedded grew into a provider of intelligent imaging and radar engineering services and products while expanding our technology partnerships to include NVIDIA, Intel, Sony, and other industry leaders. To date, we’ve brought more than 27 years of experience to over 500 customer projects across the automotive, industrial, robotics, medical, aerospace, and defense markets, including ITAR-compliant programs.

Scott Reardon
Scott founded D3 Embedded in 1999 and has successfully led the company to become one of the fastest-growing firms in the region. In addition to leading the firm, Scott is responsible for guiding D3 Embedded’s technology roadmap and strategic channel relationships.
Jerome Barczykowski
Jerome leads operations across engineering services and manufacturing, aligning engineering, quality, finance, and business strategy. He is a Master’s-level engineer with 20+ years of embedded product development experience across industrial, automotive, and medical markets, guiding complex products from concept through deployment.
Jason Enslin
Jason leads D3 Embedded’s business development, including sales, marketing, and services and product roadmaps. A Master’s-level electrical engineer with 20+ years of experience, he brings deep expertise in embedded software, digital image processing, systems engineering, and technical sales.
Alex Khazanov
Alex is an entrepreneur and technical leader with 30+ years in enterprise transformation, product engineering, and manufacturing. His expertise spans IoT, wireless, security, sensors, industrial automation, medical devices, power systems, and marine navigation. He holds five U.S. patents.
Tim O’Brien
Tim brings 15+ years of experience to D3 Embedded to lead the manufacturing department. He is responsible for the production and delivery of physical products. Tim oversees D3 Embedded’s supply chain, manufacturing compliance efforts, and maintains relationships with key suppliers.
Peter Labaziewicz
Peter is driving growth strategy and expanding customer and partner relationships. He brings 40+ years of experience in imaging, embedded vision, SoC, and product strategy, including 12 years in Asia. Peter previously held roles at Kodak, Texas Instruments, and Intel, and holds 20+ U.S. patents.
